Adjunct Researcher at Group and Individual Interactions Line at COES and Researcher at Mide UC. He teaches the course “Advanced Quantitative Methodology” in the doctoral program in Psychology and the course “Methodology of Social Research” in the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Sociology Institute. Miranda holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Universidad de Talca, a magíster in Social-Community Psychology and is a Doctor in Sociology at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. His research interests and agenda are political socialization and inequality, youth political participation, intergroup relations, public opinion, quantitative methods, structural equations models and multilevel models.
